1. Parties
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the relationship between AICert Study, the platform available at aicert.study (“Provider”), and the person who purchases paid access (“User” or “Customer”), under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990).

2. Purpose
The Provider makes available mock exams (practice tests) for Artificial Intelligence-related certifications, including questions, answer keys, and explanations (“Content”), organized by certification and by domain. The product purchased by the User is access to the Content for the chosen certification — the online platform is merely the current means of delivering that Content, and may be replaced by another means under Section 6.
3. Acceptance
Acceptance of these Terms is a mandatory condition for completing any purchase on the platform. By checking the confirmation box shown before payment and proceeding with the purchase, the User declares that they have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms.
4. Price, Payment, and Right of Withdrawal
Access is sold through a single, one-time payment (no subscription or recurring charge), processed via a third-party payment processor (Stripe). The current price is shown on the certification page at the time of purchase.
Under Article 49 of Brazil's Consumer Protection Code, a User who makes a purchase outside a physical establishment (an online purchase) has the right to withdraw within 7 (seven) calendar days of purchase confirmation, by requesting a full refund from the support email. If the User actually uses the Content (for example, by starting a paid mock exam) within that period, this is understood as an express request for immediate performance of the service, which may limit the refund to a proportional amount based on the usage already made, without prejudice to a case-by-case review by the Provider.
5. Lifetime Access to Content
“Lifetime access,” as advertised on the sales page, means that the User has a permanent right to the Content of the purchased certification, with no expiration date and no additional cost — whether through the online platform, while it remains operational, or through a digital file, delivered if the Provider discontinues the online version under Section 6. Lifetime access refers to the Content, not a guarantee of the web platform's perpetual availability.
6. Discontinuation of the Online Platform
The Provider may, at its discretion, discontinue, suspend, or terminate access via the online platform for technical, commercial, or operational reasons, upon at least 30 (thirty) days' prior notice sent to the User's registered email.
In that case, the Provider commits to, before or at the time of termination, making the complete Content for the purchased certification (questions, answer keys, and explanations) available free of charge to all Users with active access, in a portable digital format (e.g., PDF), sent to the registered email or made available for download.
Delivery of this file fully discharges the lifetime access obligation set out in Section 5 and does not create any right to an additional refund due to the discontinuation of the online platform.
7. Intellectual Property and Authorized Use
The Content is owned by the Provider and is licensed to the User exclusively for personal, non-commercial use, as an individual study tool. The User may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share access credentials, or publish the Content, in whole or in part, in any medium, including after delivery of the digital file provided for in Section 6.
8. No Affiliation with Anthropic
AICert Study is an independent, unofficial product, with no affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or connection to Anthropic. References to Anthropic certifications, trademarks, products, or documentation are made solely for descriptive and informational purposes, to identify the corresponding study content. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
9. AI-Generated Content
The questions and explanations made available on the platform are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence, based on Anthropic's official public documentation, with the aim of helping candidates prepare for the corresponding certification. Despite review efforts, the Content may contain inaccuracies and does not replace the official documentation nor constitute any guarantee of passing the official certification exam. The User's performance depends on factors outside the Provider's control.
10. User Obligations
- Provide truthful information during registration and purchase.
- Keep their access credentials confidential.
- Use the platform and the Content only for lawful, personal purposes, in compliance with Section 7.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by consumer protection law, the Provider is not liable for results obtained by the User in official exams, for third-party instability (cloud providers, payment processor) outside its reasonable control, or for misuse of the Content in violation of these Terms.
12. Privacy
Personal data provided by the User is processed in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018), and is used solely to enable the purchase, access to the Content, and the communications provided for in these Terms.
13. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time to reflect legal or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on the platform before they take effect, without prejudice to rights already acquired by the User through prior purchases.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of the consumer's domicile, as permitted under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code.
