1. 14-day no-questions-asked guarantee
You have 14 calendar days from the purchase date to request a full refund, with no need to justify. We refund 100% of the amount paid via the same payment method used for the purchase.
2. How to request
Go to your dashboard at accaf.prep/dashboard and click "Request refund" — the refund is processed automatically. The button is available for 14 calendar days after purchase. You may also email refund@accaf.prep with the subject "Refund — [your email]" and the Stripe receipt ID.
3. Processing time
The refund is initiated immediately after your request. The credit appears within 5 business days for credit cards (it can take up to one billing cycle to appear on your statement) and within 5 business days for Pix. Lifetime access is revoked at the time of the request.
4. After the 14-day period
Refunds requested after the 14-day period are reviewed case by case and generally denied, since the platform is lifetime access and full content is available from day one. In exceptional cases (duplicate charge, technical error), the refund is full.
