1. Service description
aicert.study is an online preparation platform for the Anthropic Claude Certified Architect — Foundations (CCA-F) certification. We offer practice exams, study mode, video and text lessons, and progress metrics. We are an independent product, not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, PBC.
2. Account and user responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. You agree to provide accurate information at signup and not to share your account with third parties. Shared accounts may be suspended without prior notice.
3. Intellectual property
All platform content — questions, explanations, lessons, designs, and code — is owned by aicert.study and protected by Brazilian and international copyright law. Copying, redistributing, or reproducing the content without express authorization is prohibited. "Claude" and "Anthropic" are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC, and are used here only as descriptive references to the certification we help prepare for.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, attempt to bypass security mechanisms, reverse-engineer the code, or automate access without authorization. Violations result in account suspension without refund.
5. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed via Stripe. Lifetime access is a one-time payment with no renewal. You are entitled to a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, which you can request directly from your dashboard. After the period, refunds are reviewed case by case.
6. Limitation of liability
aicert.study does not guarantee passing the official exam — the result depends exclusively on your performance. Our statistics are estimates based on platform usage history. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of opportunity.
7. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The venue of aicert.study's headquarters is elected for any disputes, with waiver of any other, however privileged.
